The Union of National Employees is one of 17 components within the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC). The PSAC’s component structure is organized to bring together members, most of whom work for the federal government and its agencies.
The Public Service Alliance of Canada is one of Canada’s largest unions, representing more than 172,000 people from coast to coast and members working abroad in embassies and consulates. A growing number of PSAC members work for private sector enterprises and in the broader public sector including universities, women's shelters, and others.
